We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a trans
I began my real estate career in 1979 when interest rates were 19%. After the first year I specialized in new construction and shortly after went to work for a builder/developer/broker. In the mid eighties I decided to try my hand at lending and became a loan officer for six years until the builder that I had worked for previously hired me as his sales manager and trade specialist, advertising promoter. I was employed by Lisi Realty and Bradley Braud to promote the sales of his new homes and supervise the pricing of the homes that he took on trade. Two years later I partnered with two others and bought a Re/Max Franchise. Then approximately 23 years ago or so I went back to mortgage lending until January of 2016. As a loan officer it was my job to advise the client as to which type of financing best fit their need according the the down payment and credit score they had. The mortgage industry has changed drastically since I first got in and it had become more of an office job instead of being out among the Realtors that I helped. I stayed tied to a desk. I recently made the decision to retire from the mortgage industry and get back to my first career love of helping people find and obtain their dream home. Whether it is your first time or 10th time to buy a home I hope you will let me help you or your friends and loved ones guide you through this process. I would love to be your REALTOR!
